Richard Simons is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Liberate Minerals Limited. With a career spanning the energy, engineering, defence, infrastructure and transport sectors, he has built extensive expertise in corporate finance and strategy across complex industrial environments.

Richard previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for ASX-listed companies Clough, NRW Holdings, and Austal Limited, leading major commercial, M&A and compliance initiatives. He now guides Liberate Minerals through its evolution from technology validation to large-scale commercial implementation.
