BIOGRAPHY

Damien Krebs is a metallurgical engineer at Primero, where he leads lithium refining technology development and advises on critical minerals projects. With more than 25 years of global experience in nickel, cobalt, lithium, and rare earths, he specialises in complex hydrometallurgical processing.

Damien spent over a decade with BHP, developing nickel and cobalt technologies across both laterite and sulphide ores. His career includes hands-on work in pressure leaching, uranium, and phosphate, and he holds several international patents related to rare earth and lithium processing.
